In a nutshell – it is an honest and natural approach to documenting your big day as it happens. It is also called candid or natural style of wedding photography.
For me, the heart behind this style of wedding photography, is being as unobstrusive as possible without interfering too much. Having photographed hundreds of weddings I know when to press the shutter and position myself to give you images you can instantly connect with.
During documentary style wedding photography I tend to focus on the connection between the two of you while help you to relax and have fun! What about group shots?
Of course, I still photograph your family and friends. It is nice to keep the number of formal photos to a minimum though.
Do you like what you see?
